IronCore Buildings manufactures and sells pre-engineered steel buildings, metal building kits, and related components. Our products include:

All products are manufactured to meet or exceed applicable building codes and industry standards. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local building codes and obtain necessary permits.

All quotes provided through our website or by our sales representatives are estimates and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any order is processed.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified
• Pricing may vary based on material costs, shipping distance, and customization requirements
• Applicable taxes, shipping, and installation costs are not included in base quotes unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to market fluctuations in steel and material costs

By placing an order with IronCore Buildings, you agree to the following:

• A deposit is required to begin manufacturing (typically 25-50% of the total order)
• Balance is due prior to shipping unless financing arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved financing options
• Orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun without incurring cancellation fees
• Custom orders are non-refundable

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, weather conditions, and shipping logistics.

• Customer is responsible for providing adequate access for delivery trucks
• Customer must inspect all materials upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt
• Claims for shipping damage must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
• IronCore Buildings is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control

IronCore Buildings stands behind the quality of our products with the following warranty coverage:

• 50-Year Structural Warranty: Covers structural frame components against defects in materials and workmanship
• 40-Year Panel Warranty: Covers roof and wall panels against rust-through, excessive fading, and chalking
• 1-Year Workmanship Warranty: Covers installation workmanship if installed by IronCore-approved contractors

Warranty coverage is subject to proper installation, maintenance, and use according to our guidelines. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronCore Buildings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our products or services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party
• Any other matter relating to our products or services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
